Simplex S.à r.l. promotes services to the financial sector internationally. Founded in 2017 and based in Luxembourg, our key strength is the quality of our team who all can provide extensive transaction experience, working for international banks and audit firms. We are providing services to clients on a global cross boarder basis wherever the need to operate. This means that we work with utmost efficiency alongside the client´s team and their transaction advisors.
Simplex is partner-owned and independent from any financial institution.

These tasks are not performed on behalf of the client.
